The commission is seeking partners to be a part of the foundation of the new Bicentennial Park in downtown Jackson to commemorate the City of Jackson and Madison County’s 200-year-anniversary. The park will be designed around a sculpture that will be personal to the history of our community, allow for interactive participation for visitors to the park and celebrate the unique history and heritage of our community. Park donors will be recognized in various ways throughout the park on the sculpture, benches, arches, wall or historical markers. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to have your name or business permanently engraved in Jackson’s history.

The commission is also seeking event sponsors and program sponsors.
